Process material description
Seat back panel: Conventional self-skinned PU, built-in iron frame, made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, using a special precision foaming mold, combined with the seat back iron frame, using a high-speed pressure PU machine for integrated foaming molding, and the PU color is set in the mold.
Armrests and feet: Use high-quality steel plates to be stamped and welded, polished and then surface-coated.
60 hexagonal pipe rungs: high-strength hexagonal high-quality cold-rolled steel pipes with super load-bearing capacity and stability. Electrostatic powder spraying is carried out after surface rust removal.
