Process material description:

A special precision foaming mold is used to form the seat back iron plate. It is foamed and molded in one piece using a high-speed pressure PU machine and is set in the mold. Type PU color.

Armrest legs and connecting brackets: made of high-quality aluminum alloy materials, die-cast with a special large-scale precision mold, polished and then surface-coated.

Square tube rungs: Use high-quality iron square tubes with a thickness of 80*40MM, and conduct electrostatic powder spraying after surface rust removal.
